This Privacy Policy explains how Lumynex handles information when you use the app. It is written in plain language so you can read it inside the app. We do not collect users’ facial information or biometric face data.
Lumynex is a creation tool. You can write a prompt, optionally pick photos with the system picker, and generate still images or short videos. Hair, outfit, and face tools use photos you choose for that session. The goal is creative output, not identity checking and not building a face database. We do not collect users’ facial information or biometric face data.

We do not ask you to enroll a face. Photos you pick are used to complete the function you started, not to identify you as a person.
When a tool needs a photo, Lumynex uses the system photo picker. You choose each image. The app does not request a broad library permission just to pick a picture. A chosen photo may be copied into the app’s private files so the current generation can finish, and so you can open that work later on this device. We do not collect users’ facial information from those pictures. A portrait is treated as a picture you provided for a creative task, not as a biometric sample.
The text you type is used to run the generation you requested. A copy of the user-visible prompt may be stored with the work on this device so you can view or retry it. Generated images and videos may be stored in the app’s private folder until you delete them. We do not collect users’ facial information from generated pictures. Treat generated media as creative content, not as a real photograph of a person and not as proof of identity.
Works, chosen reference photos for a task, and simple app settings such as display preferences can be stored locally on your device. This storage exists so the app can show your list, play a clip, or remember a setting. Clearing the app or deleting a work removes the related local files when the app can do so. Local storage is not a face archive. We do not collect users’ facial information into a cloud identity system.
To create an image or video, the prompt and any reference pictures you attached for that task may be sent to a generation service long enough to produce the result. That transfer is for the current function only. We do not collect users’ facial information or biometric face data for profiling, advertising audiences, or identity graphs. Do not attach photos you are not allowed to use.
Generation may be performed by a model provider that receives the task payload for that request. Lumynex is designed so that a portrait is an input to a creative job, not a biometric enrollment. We do not collect users’ facial information, and we do not ask a provider to build a face identity from your photos. If you do not want a photo processed for a task, do not attach it.
Lumynex is not intended to generate sexual content, violent content, or any sexual content involving minors. Do not try to create that material. We do not collect users’ facial information, including from pictures of children. Do not upload photos of children for face tools.
The work page includes a report action. You can mark a result that looks unsafe or wrong. Report notes stay in the app flow so filters can be improved. Submitting a report does not require a face scan. We do not collect users’ facial information when you send a report.
Network access is used to run generation and to fetch a finished file. Saving a file to the shared gallery on older Android versions may ask for write access at that moment. Picking a photo uses the system picker. None of these steps are used to harvest biometric face data. We do not collect users’ facial information through permissions.
